All club, team and league names, logos, badges and player likenesses (team marks) displayed on this site are the property of their respective leagues, clubs, federations and rights holders. TeamProKit is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to those organisations beyond permitted distribution.

The jerseys we sell are replica / fan-version jerseys; team marks belong to their respective leagues. All other site content - text, photography, design and code - is the intellectual property of TeamProKit and may not be reused without permission.

The site and products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that product images exactly match the item in hand. Sizing, colours and availability may vary and are described as accurately as practicable.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TeamProKit's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the site or an order is limited to the amount you actually paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits or missed events.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by applicable consumer law, such as for death, personal injury or fraud.

We aim to resolve every issue amicably. Most concerns are settled quickly by contacting TeamProKitCare@outlook.com. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be handled through negotiation and, if needed, binding arbitration or the competent courts specified by the governing law below.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which TeamProKit operates its principal business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any non-excluded claim is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
